What the app accesses
With your authorization, Plaid supplies account names, account types, masked account numbers, available balance information, and transaction details such as dates, descriptions, amounts, and merchant information. The app uses these to organize personal and family finances.
Where information is kept
The Monies application stores its account data, connection tokens, classifications, and exports locally on the operator’s computer. Financial data is not published on this website. Local files remain until the operator deletes them; backups may retain copies.
Plaid and account connections
Plaid processes connection and financial information under its own privacy policy. Bank sign-in happens through Plaid or your institution. You can manage supported connections through Plaid Portal or your bank. Disconnecting an account does not automatically delete previously downloaded local records.
